Commercial Property

The Commercial Portfolio is based on historic assets in London which now accommodate substantial office blocks, a principal campus building occupied by Kings College London, the Oval Cricket Ground and a handful of pubs within the Manor of Kennington. Over the last fifteen years the portfolio has expanded with investments in a variety of properties including a warehouse, a distribution centre, a hotel and small business park. In 2005 the Duchy took the strategic decision to divest itself of the retail properties within its holdings. Currently the commercial portfolio is valued at £75 million.
